Chef Adrian is a Taiwanese vegan chef with over 10 years of professional experience in contemporary European cuisines and patisserie. Having travelled all over Europe in recent years, he had the opportunities to work with top restaurants in Vienna including a bistro of Michelin Star vegetarian restaurant, Tian. Since 2015, Chef Adrian begins touring in Taipei and major cities in China to deliver high-quality vegan culinary classes.

Chef Adrian是一位來自台灣的資深純素大廚。他有著10年專業的西餐廳和歐式烘焙的經驗,同時他為不少台灣和亞洲的餐廳提供指導服務。Adrian 近年來旅居奧地利和歐洲各國,並在維也納著名的米其林一星素食餐廳Tian 旗下和其他蔬食餐廳任職。自2015年開始,Chef Adrian 在台北以及中國各個大城展開高質量的純素烹飪教學培訓班,廣受歡迎。
